This Poster Design was a project that I undertook as part of a university assignment focused on promoting mental wellness. In this project, I harnessed the power of the iconic Lego brand to effectively convey a message of support, resilience, and self-care through a compelling poster design.

The main objective of this project was to raise awareness about the importance of mental wellness and to encourage conversations surrounding this crucial topic. Recognizing that Lego is a brand that transcends age and resonates with people of all walks of life, I chose to use it as a creative vehicle to convey the message.
"Progress is not linear" quote by Maria Montessori, underscores the idea that growth and development do not occur in a straight or consistent line. It emphasizes that individuals may experience ups and downs, plateaus, and diverse paths in their journey to learning and self-improvement. This poster reminds us to be patient with ourselves and understand that learning and getting better can be a bit bumpy, like a rollercoaster ride.

A poster with the phrase "Just Lego your ..." creatively plays on the homophones "Lego" as "let go" to convey a message about releasing negativity. The poster encourages individuals to 'let go' of emotions like anger, pain, or any other burdens they may be carrying.
Incorporating Augmented Reality (AR) into the poster design can enhance its impact. When the poster is scanned using an AR app, viewers can see the words that are displayed on the poster come to life. Through this medium, the user can interact and engage with the poster by uploading their own negative emotions.
"Build a better mind."
This design features a Lego figure actively constructing a wall using Lego bricks, but instead of just a regular wall, it's built with bricks filled with positivity. This design visually communicates the idea of building a healthier and more resilient mindset.
When the poster is scanned using an AR app, viewers can see the positive affirmation words, displayed on the poster come to life.
